Методичні основи архітектурного проєктування

Abstract

Метою цієї статті є детальний розгляд аспектів впровадження сучасних технологій і методів викладання курсу «Новітні технології» архітектурного факультету НАОМА. Методи дослідження. Аналіз, проведений на основі десятирічного досвіду викладання цього курсу, підтверджує ефективність і перспективність інноваційних підходів у вищій освіті. Основне призначення курсу – створити умови для глибокого вивчення студентами реальних проблем, пов’язаних із архітектурою. При цьому вони мають повну свободу у виборі тем і методів розв’язання завдань. Результати. У статті розглядаються студентські роботи, які вирізняються своєю якістю та оригінальністю. Проаналізовано методи виконання, терміни та поетапність реалізації завдань. Наголошується як на індивідуальній, так і колективній роботі студентів, що сприяє формуванню та розвитку практичних навичок у сфері архітектурного проєктування. Особливий акцент зроблено на розвитку критичного мислення та підвищенні конкурентоспроможності студентів. Висновки. Важливими аспектами є розуміння студентами актуальних проблем галузі, довготривала та поетапна робота над завданнями, поглиблена систематизація вихідних даних. Індивідуальна і колективна робота сприяють розвитку творчого підходу й комунікативних навичок. Критичне мислення та конкурентоспроможність формують студентів як висококваліфікованих спеціалістів. У статті також висвітлено значущість незалежного та об'єктивного оцінювання, що є необхідним критерієм визначення успішності курсу. Наведено приклади практичного застосування результатів студентських робіт, які підтверджують високий рівень підготовки випускників і їхню здатність успішно впроваджувати здобуті знання у професійній діяльності. The purpose of this article is to consider in detail the aspects of the implementation of modern technologies and teaching methods in the course "New Technologies" at the Faculty of Architecture of NAOMA. Methods. The analysis, based on ten years of teaching experience of this course, proves the effectiveness and perspective of innovative approaches in higher education. The main purpose of the course is to create conditions for students to study real problems related to architecture in depth, while they have full freedom to choose topics and methods of solving problems. Results. Study of the concept of actualization of the topic, the duration and phasing of tasks, as well as the importance of individual and collective work of students. Special emphasis is placed on the development of critical thinking and increasing the competitiveness of students. The article contains an analysis of examples of student works that stand out for their quality and originality. Methods of performing tasks that contribute to the formation and development of students' practical skills in the field of architectural design are revealed. Conclusions. It is important for students to understand the current problems of the industry; longterm and phased work on tasks; in-depth systematization of initial data; individual and collective work develops creative approach and communication skills; critical thinking and competitiveness shape students as highly qualified specialists. The article also highlights the importance of independent and objective evaluation, which is a necessary criterion for determining course success. Examples of the practical application of the results of student works are given, which ensure a confirmed high level of training of graduates and their ability to successfully implement the acquired knowledge in professional activities.
